The Executive Action

On November 20, 2014 President Obama released the Executive action. One of the highlights of the executive action was DACA. According to the new Executive Action DACA will be revised to get rid of the age cap, and to change the date that continuous presence must have started to 1/1/10. Anyone who applies for DACA under the executive action will be eligible for work permit and will be eligible for deportation deferral.
